It also enables the purchase of packages and attractions. The website is owned by Eben Fallenberg, all purchasers and/or those interested in purchasing services through the website and/or any person entering to the website (hereinafter: the “Purchaser”), declares and undertakes that he is aware of these regulations of the website and agrees to its instructions, and that he and/or anyone on his behalf will not have any claim and/or claim directly and/or indirectly, against the website and/or any of its operators/ or one of its owners and/or one of its managers and/or one on their behalf. Website Terms of Use
Any person who has a valid credit card of one of the credit companies listed below may purchase services through the website. The credit companies are: Visa KAL, Visa Leumi Card, American Express, Isracard, and Mastercard. The buyer may use this website only to order and purchase services and/or receive information. Do not make any use of this website for other purposes. Booking on the website is by credit card only. It will not be possible to complete an order on the website without entering the credit card details. Credit card details are transferred to secure the order only. The card will be charged at the hotel. Illegal use of this site or the information on the site violates copyright or other related laws.
Arabesque Hotel reserves the right to change the regulations and rules of use of the website from time to time. Any dispute, if and when it arises, will be resolved in Israel, in the courts of the city of Haifa only.
Details of the purchaser of the services
When making the purchase of the services through the website, the buyer will be required to enter personal details in the system (hereinafter: “Purchase Details”). The owners of the website and/or any of its operators and/or any of its owners and/or any of its managers and/or anyone on their behalf are not responsible for any mistake made by the purchaser in typing the purchase details, including a mistake in choosing the vacation package, date, and any other service ordered by the purchaser through the site. The Arabskala Hotel will directly or indirectly bear any responsibility in the event that the purchase details are not recorded in the system, and/or for any technical and/or other problem that prevents the buyer from purchasing services through the website. Submitting false purchase information is a criminal offense.
Legal measures will be taken against those who submit false information, including claims for damages that may be caused to the website, its operators and/or any of its owners and/or managers, and/or anyone on their behalf.
Make an order
Placing an order will be done by entering the purchase details into the system.
- Placing an order using a credit card.
The credit card details entered are to secure the order only. At the end of entering the credit card information, the buyer will receive an automatic e-mail confirming his order. The buyer must bring it to the hotel and present it at the reception. Confirmation of the order in this way is automatic, the actual credit card charge will be made upon arrival at the hotel.

Customer club members
A buyer who has declared his membership in the Arabesque Hotel’s customer club: will receive a benefit, which is granted to members of the club, when entering the purchase details.
Order cancellation policy
Cancellation of an order will be made subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law 1981-1981 (hereinafter: the “Consumer Protection Law”) and the regulations established pursuant to it, after the orderer has made a reservation through the website’s reservation system, and after receiving approval from Arabesque Hotel on the terms of the deal.
It will be clarified that any cancellation of an order must be made in writing by sending an e-mail to the address [email protected] l or the written confirmation of the telephone representative at the request of the orderer by contacting the reservation center by telephone: 04-8230517.
- A guest who cancels his reservation from the moment of making the reservation up to a week before arrival will not be charged. A guest who cancels his reservation 7 days or less before the accommodation date will be charged 100% of the total reservation value.
- If a guest made a reservation and did not arrive at the hotel without a cancellation notice, in such a case the guest will be charged 100% of the total value of the reservation.
Change of order by the order
Any changes to the order will be made in front of the reservation center of the Arabesque Hotel only, subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and the regulations established by virtue of it.
A request to make changes to a reservation made on the website can be submitted via a phone call or a written message (e-mail) sent to the reservation center of the Arabesque Hotel via e-mail at [email protected] or through a written confirmation of the details of the transaction after the change that will be sent by the telephone representative accordingly At the request of the customer who contacted the reservation center of the Arabesque Hotel by phone at 04-8230517.
If the person making the reservation changes their reservation in accordance with the above, the date determining the reservation change will be the date of receipt of an e-mail in the reservations department at the Arabesque Hotel.
If the day of receipt of the written notice is a day of rest in Israel, the date of the change will be considered the first working day after it.
No claims regarding any changes will be accepted, unless they are backed up in a written document.
The customer will bear the costs of any requested changes in the order components as will be communicated to him from the reservation center of the Arabesque Hotel prior to making the requested change.
The prices of the services displayed on the website change from time to time.
If there is a discrepancy between the prices listed on the website and the actual prices at the Arabesque Hotel, the price in the reservation center is the determining price
Terms and Conditions
- Arabesque Hotel has the right to cancel or change the conditions for accepting orders, as well as all prices. which are published on the site at any time.
- The prices listed on the website are in new shekels and include VAT.
- Where the prices are stated in dollars, the payment will be calculated according to the representative rate set for that day by the Bank of Israel.
- Receiving rooms on the day of arrival starting at 15:00. Rooms vacated by 11:00
You can arrive before to get a map and information about the city and leave your equipment in the lobby.
Please note: Any arrival/departure to the hotel outside of the hours indicated above on all days of the week requires the approval of the hotel management only and will be charged at the discretion of the hotel.
- There is no doubling of promotions.
