Booking and Cancellation Terms – Arabesque Hotel
1. Terms
The booking terms may change from time to time at the hotel’s sole discretion without prior notice; however, changes will not apply to bookings made before the changes take effect. In case of significant changes, the hotel will notify you by email, phone, or by posting an announcement on the website. Promotions, advertisements, and special offers are subject to the specific terms applicable as outlined on the service pages.
These booking terms are written in the masculine form but apply equally to all genders.
2. Booking Packages
The hotel has seven unique guest rooms, each with its own name and location. In addition to the main rooms, the hotel also manages several external accommodations.
Upon completing the booking process, the customer will receive an automatic email confirmation. The customer should review the reservation to ensure all details are correct and meet their requirements.
There is no need to print or present the booking confirmation at the reception. Upon arrival, provide your full name and the name of the room you booked as listed on the confirmation email.
3. Terms and Conditions
A. Prices in shekels on the Hebrew website include VAT. Prices in shekels on the English site do not include VAT and are intended for foreign nationals only. Israeli citizens booking in shekels on the English site will be charged additional VAT, even if they hold a foreign passport in addition to an Israeli one. Foreign nationals can book vacation packages via the English site at the updated rates applicable at the time of booking.
B. The hotel reserves the right to change the booking terms and package prices at any time.
C. The number of rooms at the hotel is limited, and bookings are subject to availability.
D. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 11:00 AM on the day of departure. These times may vary depending on the hotel’s occupancy on a given day. For late check-out, please arrange in advance with the reception, subject to room availability on the day of departure.
E. Arrivals or departures outside these hours require prior approval from hotel management and may incur an additional fee.
F. Infant: up to 3 years old. Child: ages 3-12. Infants stay free of charge.
G. Booking packages and hotel accommodations are available only to adults over 18. Children and teenagers under 18 may stay only if accompanied by an adult over 21.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Fees During Regular Season
- Cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date – no charge.
- Cancellations within 7 days of arrival allow the hotel to charge 100% of the booking amount (exceptions may apply at the hotel’s discretion).
Cancellation Fees for Groups (Minimum of 5 Rooms)
- Cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date – no charge.
- Group bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival will be charged in full.
Refunds for canceled reservations will be in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 2017, and can be processed by:
- Phone – calling the national reservations center.
- In-person request at the hotel.
