The entire hotel staff is at your service to help you plan your day in the city of Acre and give recommendations such as museums, restaurants, galleries, events and more. Shabbat keepers

Shabbat observant guests can ask the hotel staff to provide a Shabbat plate and a hot water tank that will be at their service as long as necessary. **Important: For the religious public who arrive on the weekend and cannot travel on Shabbat and have to use the room until Motza’ei Shabbat, they must inform in advance in order to check the option of closing the reservations for the room on the same day (with an additional fee).
